The Experience
Why Spring Training Is Special
Unlike the regular season, Spring Training happens in small 7,000–12,000-seat stadiums where you're close to the action no matter where you sit.

🎟️ Tickets

$12–$50 depending on team and seat — a fraction of regular season prices. Weekend games sell out fastest. Weekday games have plenty of availability and a more relaxed vibe. Buy directly at each team's official site.

⏰ Schedule & Timing

Most games start at 1:05pm. Arrive 30–45 minutes early — players are accessible for autographs and warm-up watching is half the fun. Check MLB.com for the full Cactus League schedule.

🤝 Player Access

Spring Training is famously intimate. Players sign autographs along the rail, coaches are visible, and there's none of the security theater of the regular season. Kids especially love it.

🍺 Pre-Game & Post-Game

Dos Gringos in Old Town is Spring Training HQ — massive patio, cold beer, packed with fans of every team. Old Town Scottsdale is a 5-minute drive from both major stadiums and has dozens of options for pre- and post-game.
